Kosha Ventures is based in Sector-64, specifically at A-16. If you’ve ever been to Sector-64 in Noida, you know it’s a very industrial and commercial kind of place. There are factories and offices all over, and it always feels like something is being built or moved nearby. Our spot in the A block is pretty typical for the area. It’s a solid building with plenty of space for what we do. We aren't trying to be the flashiest company on the block. Our office is more about function than style. We have some basic furniture, a few computers, and a lot of folders. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Uttar Pradesh summers. We are a small group of people who have been working together for a while now. We know each other’s habits, like who drinks the most tea or who leaves their desk messy. It feels more like a small community than a big corporation. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work is correct. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar puts us right in the middle of all the action. The street outside can get pretty crowded with trucks and cars, but inside A-16, we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workspace for people who just want to get on with it.
