You can find us in Farrukhabad, over in Narayan Nagar. We are located near the Centra Chauraha, which is a busy little spot in Bijadharpur. If you know the crossroads there, you know how much activity goes on every single day. Our office is a basic setup in a regular building. We do not have any big flashing signs or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit down and handle our business day after day. Usually, the morning starts with a hot cup of tea and a quick chat about what is on the schedule. Since we are in Uttar Pradesh, the summers get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working right. The noise from the street stays in the background while we work at our desks. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team that knows each other well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad unless the traffic at the chauraha is particularly heavy. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We keep things very informal here. There is no corporate dress code or fancy meetings. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to get things right. It is a practical life in a busy part of town, and that suits us just fine.
