Khaspariya Dhan Shrine Foundation

Khaspariya Dhan Shrine Foundation is located at the home of Tej Bahdur in Garhi, Basti Nawabganj. It is a very local setup. We don’t have a massive building with a lobby. Instead, we work out of this specific spot which feels much more like a home than a corporate headquarters. Dealing with things in Nawabganj means we are right in the middle of the community. People know where Garhi is. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures. We just do the work that comes our way. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just sit down, talk about what needs to happen, and then we do it. Sometimes it's a bit dusty outside, and the roads can be a bit rough, but that is just how it is here. We are used to it. Working under the care of Tej Bahdur gives the whole foundation a personal touch. It is not like those big companies where you never meet the person in charge. Here, everyone knows everyone. We take things one day at a time. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around the neighborhood. We focus on being practical. There isn’t a lot of fluff in how we operate. We just stay busy with our responsibilities in Basti Nawabganj and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved in the daily work.
