Khanna Saheb Ki Rasoi Private Limited

Our setup for Khanna Saheb Ki Rasoi Private Limited is over in Sector-40, at house number D 153. It is a residential kind of area in Noida, which makes the whole place feel more like a home than a typical office. We have a kitchen setup that takes up almost all the space we have. As our name says, everything revolves around the "rasoi" or the kitchen for us. We spend most of our hours prepping the ingredients and doing the actual cooking. It involves a lot of manual work every day. We don't own any of those massive automated machines that do the work for you. We do almost everything by hand because that is the way we were taught to do it. The neighbors sometimes mention the smell of the spices we use, but most of them have grown used to it by now. The address 201303 is fairly quiet compared to the big main roads nearby. We have a small team of cooks and a couple of assistants. We all wear our aprons and spend the whole shift standing up. It gets quite hot during the summer months, but we have a few small coolers to help us out. We aren't trying to run a five-star hotel or anything fancy like that. We just make food that we would be happy to eat ourselves. Sometimes we run out of things and have to go to the market. It is a very hands-on way of doing business.
