Katha Kahani Apparels Private Limited is our little company based in Noida. We work out of Gaur Sportswood in Sector 79. Specifically, we are in Tower E, Flat No-719. It might seem a bit strange to run an apparel business from a residential flat, but it’s where we started and it works for us. We handle the design and the management side of the clothing from here. The 201306 area of Gautam Buddha Nagar is growing fast. We don't have a massive factory with hundreds of workers. It’s just a few of us surrounded by sketches and fabric samples. We spend a lot of time thinking about the story behind each piece we plan. Our days are filled with phone calls to suppliers and checking on the latest production batches. We aren't corporate people with suits and big offices. We wear what we make and keep things casual. Sometimes the living room gets taken over by boxes and shipping labels. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy mission statements. We just want to make clothes that people actually want to wear. The building security is used to us by now. It’s a quiet place to get work done without the noise of an industrial estate. We like our little corner here in Noida and just take things one day at a time. It feels more like a home than a regular office space.
