Having a police station right across the street definitely makes the area feel a bit different, but it’s a good landmark for people who are lost. We are all about chai, obviously. The kettle is usually going from early morning until late. It’s a small place, and it gets pretty crowded when people are coming off work and want a cup of tea. We don't have a big menu with a hundred things on it. We just stick to what we know, which is making tea that tastes like it should. The staff is just a few of us, and we spend most of our shift washing cups and brewing fresh batches. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but that’s just Sector-10 for you. We have some basic seating, but a lot of people just stand around and talk while they drink. It’s not a polished cafe with soft music; it’s a bit loud and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We just focus on getting the tea right every single time. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. We are just here doing our thing every day.
