Kappa Delta Enrichment Foundation

Our office is on the first floor of Tower A, over at Plot No. 1 and 2 in the Smartworks Corporate Park. We are in Sector 125, which is a pretty modern part of town. Even though we are in a big corporate park, we try to keep things grounded inside our own space. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate to our tower, but the building is nice and cool once you get inside. We spend our time working on enrichment programs, which basically means we look for ways to help people learn new things or get better at what they do. It is mostly computer work and phone calls. The office has a lot of glass walls which felt strange at first, but we got used to it eventually. We are not the types to wear suits every day. Most of us just come in and get straight to the tasks. We share the floor with some other companies, so it is a bit of a mix of people in the break room. We do not do much marketing. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they work in the same sector. It is a steady routine of meetings and planning. We try to keep the atmosphere light even when we have a lot of deadlines. It is just a group of us trying to make the programs work well.
