Our place, Kap Grocers, is located in the Bisrakh area, specifically in Jalalpur within Greater Noida. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar is developing incredibly fast, but we try our best to keep things grounded and simple. We’re just a local grocery business. The shop is located at a spot where a lot of people pass by every day on their way back home from work. We stock everything from basic spices to cleaning supplies for the house. It’s a bit of a walk-in warehouse style, so it's not very fancy. We don't spend our money on expensive decorations or bright lighting. We’d much rather just have the stuff people actually need at a price that makes sense for them. Running a store in Uttar Pradesh means dealing with a lot of different people every single day. Some are in a huge hurry, while others want to stay and talk for a while. We handle all of it as it comes. The summers are really tough with the heat, but we keep the fans running all day long. We aren't some big international corporation; we're just a private limited company run by regular people who live right here in the area. Sometimes the internet for the card machine goes down, and we just have to wait for it to come back online. That’s just a part of life here.
