Kanha Restaurants Llp

You can find us at Ls 001 in Alpha 2. Greater Noida is a big, spread-out place, but Alpha 2 is where a lot of the action is. We set up Kanha Restaurants here because there are so many people living in the hostels and apartments nearby. It is a lot of students and young people who need a break from their own cooking. Our place is pretty basic. We have some tables set up and a menu that doesn't change too much. We try to get the food out on time because everyone is always in a hurry to get back to class or work. The morning starts with cleaning the floors and getting the tea going. We have a couple of guys in the kitchen who have been with us for a while. They know how everything works. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the lanterns, which makes everything look a bit strange for a while. But the stove still works fine. It is a lot of work keeping up with the orders, especially during the dinner time. We see the same students every day and we know what they like to eat. It is just a regular job for us, making sure there is enough food for everyone. We don't have a big office or anything, just the restaurant floor and the kitchen.
