Our base of operations is in Sector 74, Noida, specifically at Flat 103 in Tower CB-1 of Supertech Capetown. It is a big residential complex, so it is a bit different from a traditional office building you might expect. We like it because it is secure and relatively easy for people to get to. Jbt Agrolinks is a small operation where we focus on connecting different parts of the agricultural supply chain together. We spend most of our time on the phone or on video calls, reaching out to partners across the state. The office itself is just a converted apartment, so it has a very casual feel to it. We have a small kitchen where we make our own lunch and plenty of shelf space for all our files and records. Noida is always growing, and being in Sector 74 puts us in a good position to reach different markets. We do not have a lot of fancy branding on the walls or expensive decorations. Mostly, it is just whiteboards with hand-written notes and calendars to keep track of our upcoming shipments and meetings. It is a practical way to work without having to pay for all the overhead of a big corporate office. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving smoothly for everyone involved. Sometimes the gate security at the complex can be a bit strict, but that is just part of working here.
