Janadhan Micro Foundation

You can find the Janadhan Micro Foundation on the ground floor over at Sanjay Place. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. Sanjay Place is usually buzzing with activity, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has become a bit of a second home for the staff. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve organized it to make the most of what we have. We focus on micro-level work, which means we deal with a lot of individuals and small situations. It keeps us on our toes. There’s no typical day here. One morning we might be buried in forms, and the next we might be out meeting people. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a project, but we clear it up eventually. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people working out of Sanjay Place. We like the directness of our work. If there’s a problem, we try to find a practical way to handle it. That’s how we’ve always operated.
