We operate INTEHIRE BUSINESS SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED out of shops 301 and 302 in Sector 49, Noida. It’s up on the third floor. Being in Noida means there is always noise and something happening outside. We’ve got a decent setup here. It’s two units knocked together so we have enough room for the desks and the files. Hiring and business solutions keep us pretty busy most weeks. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. The office is usually a bit messy with papers. We tried to organize it once, but then a big project came in and everything went back to being cluttered. That’s just life. We’ve been in this sector for a while and we know the local market. It’s not fancy. We use old desks and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental. But the work gets finished on time. We talk to people plainly. No big words or confusing terms. If we can help, we say so. If we can't, we don't waste your time. It’s a small operation, and we like the independence it gives us. Gautam Buddha Nagar is a busy place, but we’ve found our little corner here in Sector 49 and it works for us.
