Inscope Social Foundation

The Inscope Social Foundation is based out of B-1512 in the Gaur Cascades building in Ghaziabad. If you know this part of Uttar Pradesh, you know it gets pretty busy with traffic and people moving around all the time. Our office is just a regular apartment space where we’ve set up some desks and computers. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. We started this because we saw things in the city that needed a bit of attention. Usually, our mornings start with a quick chat about what needs doing before the phones start ringing. Ghaziabad is a fast-growing place and being in a residential complex like Gaur Cascades means we see our neighbors every day. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group trying to manage things properly. Sometimes the internet is slow or the lift is being fixed, so we take the stairs and keep going. We deal with a lot of community-level issues and try to keep our records straight. It’s mostly about being present and answering when people reach out. The view from the fifteenth floor is okay, but we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and planning the next week. It is just a practical way to run a foundation without spending too much on overhead. We like the local feel of being right here in the mix of things. It keeps us connected to the real world outside our door.
