We’ve been setting up shop here at B-30 in Sector-57 for quite a long time now. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular building where we handle all our products and paperwork. Most mornings start with someone unlocking the gate and making sure everything stayed dry overnight. Sector-57 has grown a lot since we first moved in, and the traffic on the main road can get pretty backed up during the evening rush. We spend most of our day dealing with different materials and making sure orders get loaded onto the trucks correctly. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and checking inventory lists that never seem to be quite finished. We have a small corner for tea and snacks which is where most of the actual talking happens. The neighbors around B-30 are mostly other businesses doing similar things, so there is always the sound of someone loading a van or shouting directions nearby. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to get the building products out to people who need them without too much trouble. It's a steady rhythm that we've gotten used to over the years. Some days are longer than others, especially when a shipment is late, but we just stay until the job is done and then go home.
