Ideal Body Gym

Ideal Body Gym is located at Shop No 1 on the fifth floor of the Alpha 1st Commercial Belt in Greater Noida. We are in the same building as the Dominos, right above it. Being on the fifth floor means you have to take the lift up to get to us, though some people use the stairs for the extra exercise. The Alpha 1st area is always busy with shoppers and people working in the offices, so there is a lot of movement around the building. The gym itself is a shop space that we have filled with equipment. It gets loud in here when the music is on and people are working out, but that is how it goes. We have a mix of machines and we try to keep them all in working order. Being in Noida 201310, we see people who work in the nearby offices coming in after they finish for the day. It’s a convenient spot for them. We are just a local business providing a space for people to work out. We don't have any fancy extras, just the weights and the machines. The floor is covered in mats and we try to keep things organized, even though it gets messy when it's busy. It's just a place to come and lift weights without having to travel too far from the commercial belt. We keep the lights on and the machines ready.
