Hutke Hotels Llp is based out of Jal Vayu Vihar in Sector 25. The specific spot is K 5. This area has a lot of history and feels much more like a community than a standard business park. It is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. We like it that way. Being "Hutke" sort of means doing things differently, and being in a spot like this fits that vibe. We do not have a shiny glass front or a lobby with a big fountain. It is a simple setup where we handle hotel-related business. Usually, it is just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. The trees around Jal Vayu Vihar make the walk to the office quite pleasant, especially in the mornings before the sun gets too hot. We have got a small kettle for making tea, and that is about as fancy as it gets for our breaks. Most of the people around here know us as the hotel folks. We do not spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It is a small operation, and we like to keep it manageable and honest.
