Human Links Search Services is tucked away in Noida, specifically over in Sector 55 at E-145. It’s a quiet enough street but inside we are usually pretty busy on the phones or checking emails. We spend our time looking for people to fill jobs for different companies that get in touch with us. It’s mostly about reading through resumes and talking to folks to see if they’d be a good fit for a position. Being in Noida means we are close to a lot of businesses, which helps us stay connected to what is happening in the market. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. I’ve been here for a while and I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around Sec-55 over the years. We try to keep things straightforward here. If a company needs a worker, we try to find one. If someone needs a job, we see what we have on the books. It’s not always easy because people are complicated, but we do what we can. We don't use any fancy software that promises the world, just our own experience and a lot of searching through our contacts. The tea boy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break from the screens. We just want to help match the right person to the right desk. It’s a small operation but we keep at it every day.
