We’re based out of Sector-107, specifically in L1801 at the Great Value Sharnam complex. It’s a decent place to work from and easy to find. Hrroots Consulting Private Limited is just a group of us who know a thing or two about the hiring process. We spend our days looking for the right people for various jobs that need filling. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with both bosses and workers. Sometimes it feels like we are just professional matchmakers for companies that are struggling to find good help. The office is usually pretty quiet, save for the sound of someone typing away. We don't have a giant staff or a fancy boardroom with a view. It's just a practical, everyday space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Being in Great Value Sharnam means we are around a lot of other residents and small businesses, which we like. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to get to for interviews. We deal with all sorts of different industries. One day we might be looking for a tech expert, and the next it’s someone for a manufacturing plant. We have to learn a little bit about everything to do our jobs properly. We aren't fancy consultants with big presentations or expensive suits. We just give advice based on what we’ve actually seen work in the real world. It’s pretty straightforward work. We keep our files as organized as we can. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know us.
