You can find us up on the 12th floor of Tower F at Express Zenith. Hrconnect Consulting Services Llp is the name written on the glass door. It’s a bit of a trek up the elevator every single morning, but the view of the surrounding area from the 12th floor is actually quite alright. We do consulting work, mostly focusing on all those HR tasks that other businesses find too boring or complicated to do themselves. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at long spreadsheets. The office in F 1201 is where we handle all the client requests that come in. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the country or anything like that. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. Some days it’s just two of us in the office, and other days it’s a bit more crowded. We handle things like payroll or sorting out employee disputes when they come up. It can be tedious at times, but someone has to do it. The building is usually buzzing with other companies too, so there is always movement in the halls. We keep to ourselves mostly and focus on the piles of work sitting on our desks. Sometimes we forget to take a real lunch break when things get really hectic with a deadline. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty casual inside. No one wears a suit unless we have a really big meeting. We just prefer to get the work done without much fuss.
