Homestead Restaurant Private Limited is tucked away on Plot No-8, along Royal Street Lane in Raipur Village. We are right there in Sector-126, Noida, which has been changing a lot lately with all the new buildings. Being in the village area gives it a different feel than the main city blocks nearby. We have been at this for a bit now, just trying to keep a steady rhythm and stay busy. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need to do. We handle all the cooking and the cleaning ourselves, which takes up most of our time. It is a lot of heavy lifting and early mornings. We don't have a big corporate office; our office is basically just a desk in the back corner of the restaurant near the food supplies. People from around Gautam Buddha Nagar find us through word of mouth mostly. We don't spend much time on the computer or trying to look polished for the internet. Our hands are usually busy with something else like prepping food or washing up. It can be a struggle sometimes to keep everything running smooth in a village lane, especially when the weather is bad or the deliveries are late. But we like the spot we have. It feels real and grounded. We are just a group of people trying to run a kitchen and serve the folks who live and work around Sector-126.
