It is mostly done by hand and by people who have been doing this for a while. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do get stressed when a big shipment is late. We spend our days chatting with suppliers and making sure our records are right. Ramlela is a familiar place for us, and we like being part of the local scene. We don’t put up big ads or try to sound like a massive company. We are just a small pharmacy group trying to do things the right way. The office has an old-school feel to it, with wooden shelves and paper ledgers mixed with the new computer stuff. It is a bit of a mix of old and new. We have our own ways of doing things, and it seems to work out for us. It is just us here, working through the piles of work and taking breaks when we can. We do not make a big fuss about what we do. It is just our daily life in Ramlela.
