Over at CM 19 in Sector 122, Noida, that’s where you will find us. Hariom Fast Food Llp is basically just a small team of us working every day to get meals out quickly to everyone who stops by. It is a bit of a trek for some people to get out here to this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar, but the locals know where we are. We aren't a big fancy chain with shiny brochures or a marketing team. Most of the time, the place looks like a real working kitchen because that is exactly what it is. There are crates stacked in the corners and the sound of the stove is always going in the background. We started this because we needed a way to work for ourselves and we knew how to make fast food that people actually want to eat on their short lunch breaks. It gets very hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but we just deal with it and keep the fans moving. We don't have a PR team writing stuff for us, so this is just us telling it like it is. We spend most of our budget on fresh ingredients rather than on fancy signs or advertisements. If you come by, you might see us taking a quick break out front when it's quiet, but mostly we are inside working hard. It’s a regular life here in Sector 122. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry.
