We started Handy Cooks Food And Beverages Llp because we just wanted to cook good stuff for people around here. We are over at B-19 in Sector-12, Noida. It’s not a huge place, but the kitchen stays pretty busy most days of the week. Some of us have lived in Gautam Buddha Nagar for years, so we know the area and the people well. It gets noisy sometimes when there are a lot of orders coming in at once, but that is just how it goes in a food business. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing here. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us chopping vegetables or checking on the stocks in the back. It's practical work and it keeps us on our feet all day long. The neighbors in Sector-12 have been seeing us around for a while now. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the food right without making a big deal out of it. There are always dishes to wash and floors to sweep, so there isn't much time for sitting around or talking. If you walk past our spot in the morning, you can usually smell whatever is on the stove. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to run a decent business and keep our bills paid. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Some days are better than others, but we keep showing up and doing the job. That’s pretty much the whole story.
