Gwest Restaurant and Hotels LLP

Gwest Restaurant and Hotels is down in Sector 71 of Noida, specifically at SL 001. This is in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district. Noida is always under construction, and Sector 71 is no different. There are always trucks and workers nearby. Our place is right there on the ground level. We run both the restaurant side and the hotel side. Usually, the restaurant is the busiest part because people from the nearby offices come in for lunch. It gets very hot in the kitchen, so you can often see the cooks taking a break out back where it’s a bit cooler. The hotel part is quieter. We spend our time checking the bedsheets and making sure the air conditioners aren't making too much noise. We are just an LLP, which means we are a small group of people running this. We don't have a big corporate office in some skyscraper. Our office is just a small room near the kitchen where we keep the bills and the computer. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to go out and check the generator. It’s that kind of daily grind. We like being in Sector 71 because it’s close to the metro and everything else, but it can be a bit dusty and loud. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the guests have what they need for the night.
