Gurind Systems Pvt. Ltd is located at B-1/145 in Aravali Apartments, over in Sector-34 of Noida. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, which actually makes for a nice work environment. We don’t have to deal with the noise of the main roads too much. Our office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to get our daily tasks done. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks, working through lists and talking to people on the phone. There is no fancy decor or corporate branding on every wall. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Being in Gautam Budh Nagar means we are part of a busy district, but our little corner feels steady. We’ve had the same routine for a long time now. We show up, check what needs to be finished, and get to it. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is so much to do, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on. We don’t do big meetings or long speeches. If something needs to be said, we just say it across the room. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we are just keeping the business going and making sure we handle our responsibilities as they come. It is just plain old hard work.
