Gunj Vishal Foundation

Gunj Vishal Foundation is mostly run out of Village Sabhaipur. We are tucked away in the Ghamahapur area, which is a far cry from the big city noise. You won't find a big sign or a lobby with a receptionist here. Our address is basically just C/O Lalta Ram Saroj. It’s a very local, family-oriented setup. We started this foundation because we wanted to do something for the people around us. In a village like Sabhaipur, everyone knows each other, so we don't need to do any advertising. People just know where we are. The office is really just a room with some wooden furniture and a lot of registers. We spend a lot of time just talking to the locals. Some days we are busy with paperwork, and other days we are out in the fields or the lanes. It’s not a polished operation. We make mistakes and sometimes things take longer than they should. But we are always here. The monsoon makes the roads a bit tricky, but we still manage to get our work done. We don't have a corporate structure or a big board of directors. It’s just us and the community. We use our own resources mostly. It’s a practical way to live and work. We aren't trying to change things overnight. We just want to be a steady presence in Ghamahapur for anyone who needs us.
