G.S. Developers &Ontractors Pvt Ltd is currently based out of G-441 in Alfa-Ii, Greater Noida. Even though our name mentions Janak Puri and New Delhi, this is where we do most of our coordinating these days. Greater Noida has been expanding like crazy lately, so being in Gautam Budha Nagar makes sense for us. The pincode is 201306 if you’re trying to find us on a map. We handle a lot of different contracting jobs. Sometimes it’s a bit of a drive between the different sites, but we’re used to the commute by now. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of people in suits. We’re more of a hands-on group. You’ll usually see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of dust from whatever site we just visited. Alfa-Ii is a decent area, and we’ve made some good friends with the other businesses around here. We just focus on the task at hand. If a project needs finishing, we stay until it’s done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We build, we fix, and we move on to the next thing. The paperwork is the part we like the least, but it’s part of the business. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy throughout the year. It's a living and it keeps us out of trouble.
