We run Growthindex Education (Opc) Private Limited from our spot in JM Florence over in Greater Noida West. It is up on the eleventh floor, so we have a pretty good view of Sector Techzone 4 while we work. This isn't a massive school building. It is more of a focused space where we help students with their lessons. Being an "One Person Company" means things stay pretty personal here. I handle most of the day-to-day stuff myself, from answering the phone to helping with the coursework. It can get a little lonely sometimes, but then the students arrive and the place livens up quite a bit. We focus on getting through the syllabus without making it feel like a chore for the kids. The apartment setup makes it feel more relaxed than a cold office building. Parents seem to like that their kids are coming to a place that feels like a home. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever to arrive, which is a bit of a pain, but we make it work. We do not spend money on big ads or fancy brochures. I would rather spend that time making sure the lessons are actually easy to understand for everyone. It is just a simple operation based on helping people learn better.
