Grow Man Retails Private Limited is our company, and we are based in Sector 73 in Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a growing area with a lot of new construction going on all around us. We handle retail operations from here. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually piled high with boxes and samples of things we’re looking at. We don't have a fancy showroom; we mostly work from our desks and the storage area. Sector 73 can be a bit dusty with all the building work nearby, but it’s a convenient location for us. We aren't a corporate giant with a lot of rules and layers of management. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. We’ve had to figure out a lot of things as we go along, and we’ve made some mistakes, but we learn from them. We don't use a lot of sales talk or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a retail business trying to find good products and get them to people. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have a big lunchroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or go to a local spot nearby in Gautam Budh Nagar. We just want to keep things moving and grow at a pace we can handle. That’s the story of us, just a few people working hard in Sector 73.
