Grilled In Town Llp

Down in Sector 46, you’ll find us at Gardenia Glory in Block B. Grilled In Town Llp is a small operation, but we stay pretty busy with the grills going. Our spot at GH-001 is where we spend most of our evenings. The air usually smells like roasted meat and charcoal once we get started. It’s a lively place because the apartment complex has so many families living there. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the heat and the smoke. Sometimes the orders come in all at once, and the kitchen feels like a furnace. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can without making mistakes. It isn't a high-end dining place with white tablecloths. It’s more about the food and the fire. We spend a lot of time cleaning the grates and prepping the marinades during the day so we are ready for the night crowd. The tile floor can get a bit slippery if we aren't careful. We talk to the regulars who come by for their dinner, and we know most of their orders by heart now. Noida is a fast-moving city, but here in our corner of Sector 46, we just focus on the grill. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but seeing people eat and enjoy it makes the long hours feel okay. We don't need a big corporate office for what we do.
