Gregor Management Private Limited

Our office is way up on the 9th floor of Tower-B in the Advant Navis building. It’s in Sector-142, right there in Noida near the expressway. Working at Gregor Management means you spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators since it’s a big building with lots of other companies. Once you get up to B-916, the view is actually pretty good, especially when it’s not too smoggy outside. You can see the cars zooming by on the highway from the windows. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s a very modern spot, which is a bit different from the older parts of Gautam Buddha Nagar where everything is more cramped. We handle various management tasks throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving papers from one side of the desk to the other, but it all needs to be done. The air conditioning is usually set way too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in the middle of summer. We usually go down to the food court or the little shops on the ground floor for lunch. It’s a busy place and there’s always someone new in the lobby. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our work so we can beat the rush hour traffic on the way home. It is a long day but the environment is okay.
