Our place is over in Sector 82 of Noida, right at A-39 in the Kv-Ii area. Noida has changed a lot, but this part still feels a bit more industrial and practical. The streets are laid out in a grid, but it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the landmarks. We share the area with a lot of other small businesses and warehouses. Our building is a simple concrete structure. Inside, we’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle the day-to-day tasks for Grasin Ind. Ltd. It’s often noisy outside with trucks unloading and people calling out to each other. We have a small staff, mostly local people who commute from nearby sectors or even from Delhi. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with glass walls. It’s just bricks, mortar, and a lot of hard work. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on one or two computers that sometimes run a bit slow. On Fridays, things usually get a bit more relaxed, but there is always a lot to do before the weekend. It is just a regular job in a busy part of Uttar Pradesh. We try to stay out of the way and just do what we are supposed to do.
