We’re located over at B-3/9 in Aditya Nagar, right on Malkhaid Road in Gulbarga. It’s an interesting spot because we’re right there where the activity is, but our office stays pretty grounded. The pincode says 201301 on the records, though that seems a bit like a mix-up with another region, but that’s how the address is listed for us. We’ve got a small team here working for Grasim Industries Limited. Most of us have been in this part of Karnataka for years. The office itself is functional. We have our chairs, our desks, and a small area for making coffee or tea when the afternoon slump hits. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo. There are stacks of paper and the occasional leaky pen, but it’s where we do our best work. We handle the logistical side of things and make sure the communications are flowing. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road being so close, but we just wipe it down and keep going. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations here. We’re more about just checking the lists and making sure the local operations stay on track. It’s a honest day's work for everyone in this office, and we like the simplicity of that. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share around four o'clock, and we take a quick break before finishing the day.
