Being in Greater Noida West is a bit of a commute for some of us, but it’s a good place for the mill. We’ve got the space we need here in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We aren't a huge industrial operation; we’re more of a local setup. We spend our days dealing with the grains and the machines. It’s dusty work sometimes, and it’s definitely not a desk job. We don't have a polished website or a big PR team. We’re just the folks who run the place. We talk to our customers like neighbors because that’s often what they are. Uttar Pradesh is known for its agriculture, and we’re just a small part of that chain. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound more technical than we need to be. We just explain things simply. It’s honest, hard work. Some days are long, especially when there’s a lot to process, but we just get through it. We aren't looking to be the biggest mill in India. We’re just happy doing what we’re doing right here in Ace City. It’s a simple business and we like it that way.
