We are Go Dine Restaurant, located right in the middle of Sector 18 in Noida. If you know Noida, you know how crowded and lively this area gets. Our place is in Purvanchal House at N-4. We opened up because we like food and we wanted a spot where people could just sit and eat. The kitchen stays pretty busy during the lunch rush when all the office workers come out. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of plates clinking and people talking. We have a small team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a bit. We don't have some big corporate strategy. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and start cooking. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Uttar Pradesh heat, but we do what we can. The menu is simple and we try to keep things consistent. It’s a lot of work managing the inventory and making sure everything is fresh. We spend our evenings cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. It’s a regular restaurant run by regular people. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just serve food to whoever walks through the door in Sector 18. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition around here, but we just keep doing our thing every day.
