If you head over to the Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority in Sector-7, you will find our office. We are tucked away in that area where all the industrial stuff happens every day. It is not the quietest place to work because of all the business around us, but it is exactly where we need to be. Our focus is really on the practical side of things here in Gida. We deal with the common effluent treatment plant matters, which sounds a bit technical, but it is really just about keeping the local industrial area running right. Most of the guys here are local and we have known each other for years. We do not spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. It is more about checking the systems and making sure the sector stays in good shape for everyone. The weather gets pretty hot in Gorakhpur, so we keep the fans going and just get on with the tasks at hand. It is a small team, really. We handle the files and talk to the factory owners when they have questions or problems. You won’t find any glossy brochures here in our workspace. We just have our desks and our logs to keep track of things. It has been like this for a while now. We like being part of the Sector-7 community. It is a busy life but it feels useful. We are usually there from early morning until the evening shift finally ends.
