Our office is on the 2nd floor of building number 370 in Sector-19C, Noida. It is a plain building in a busy part of the city. We work in the agro-food sector, which mostly involves a lot of coordinating between the producers and the local markets. The office is usually a bit of a mess with files and sample bags of grains and pulses. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they just walk right in and talk to whoever is free. We are a small team and we have been working together for a long time. The stairs can be a bit tiring after a long day, but we are used to it by now. Sector-19C is a good location for us because it is easy for the transport trucks to reach. We spend a lot of time checking the weather reports and the market prices. It is a lot of stress sometimes, especially when the supply is low or the prices are jumping around. We do not have any corporate slogans or a polished image. We just try to stay honest and do our jobs the best we can. Most of us live nearby and walk to work. It is a local business through and through. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try not to overcomplicate things. Every morning we start with a quick meeting and then we just get on with the shipments.
