Our shop is right in the middle of Lal Mandir Market in Khora Colony, at number 15. It’s a busy place with lots of people coming and going all day. We deal with various goods, whatever the local demand is. The market can get quite loud and crowded, especially in the evenings. We open up early to get things sorted before the rush starts. It’s a basic setup, just shelves and the counter. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. Dealing with suppliers and making sure we have what people need is the main task. Sometimes the stock arrives late, or things get misplaced, but we manage. It’s a family-run kind of thing, no big corporate structure behind us. Just us and the customers from the colony. We know most of the people who walk through the door. The market has its own rhythm. We take care of the sales, keep the books as best we can, and try to keep things organized. It’s not always neat, but it works. Khora is a tight-knit area, so word travels fast if you’re doing a decent job. We just keep our heads down and keep the shop running. There's always some noise from the street outside and the tea stall next door. We don't have fancy displays, just the items stacked up where they fit. It's just a regular local trading spot for regular people who live around here. We handle the daily tasks and go home.
