Our place is at B-14/9 Shiv Shakti Apartment in Sector-71, Noida. The pincode is 201301. Ganesha Carpet Pvt Ltd isn't some giant factory you see on TV. We work out of this apartment setup where we keep our samples and do all the paperwork. It’s a bit crowded with all the rolls of carpet and rug samples tucked into the corners. Sometimes it's hard to move around without tripping over something. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking on the quality of the weaving. Sector-71 is a pretty standard part of Noida, and our neighbors are mostly regular families. We don't have a big storefront with lights. If you want to see our carpets, you usually have to make an appointment or we take them to you. It's a small operation, just a few of us making sure the orders go out on time. We don't use any fancy sales talk or pretend to be the biggest in the world. We just know our carpets and we know what looks decent on a floor. Sometimes the colors aren't exactly what we expected from the dye house, and we have to sort that out. It’s just the reality of the business.
