Being in a village setting is different from being in the middle of a big city like Noida or Ghaziabad. It’s a bit more relaxed, but the work is still hard. We handle food products and we try to keep everything as clean as we can. That’s why we put hygienic in the name. It’s just a core part of what we do. Our building is simple and it’s where we spend most of our time. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done right. Most of the people who work here are from the nearby areas. We know each other well. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just rely on doing our work and letting people know we are here. Sometimes the roads around the village get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes transport a challenge. We just work around it and do the best we can. It’s a very grounded kind of business. We aren't looking to become a global empire. We just want to provide good food from our little corner of Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s not a complicated story, just us working every day.
