Our office is tucked away in the Pan Oasis Society, specifically O-304, over in Sector 70 of Noida. It is a residential area mostly, so it feels a lot calmer than the main commercial hubs of Gautam Buddha Nagar. Florence Wealth Management Private Limited started because we saw how much trouble people had with managing their savings. Being inside a society means we see our neighbors all the time. It is not like those offices in big malls where you don't know anyone. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a very old filing cabinet that squeaks every time you open it. Noida can be a bit overwhelming with all the new buildings going up, but Sector 70 has a nice community feel to it. We spend our mornings checking the latest financial news and our afternoons meeting with people who live nearby. It is a lot of talking and looking at spreadsheets. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a solid job so people can trust that their money is being handled properly. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we tell people to give themselves an extra five minutes. We are just regular people working hard to keep things organized for everyone else and keep life simple.
