We set up Excelsior Realty Solutions Llp at Sk 135 in Sector 112, Noida. This part of Noida is still growing and changing, which makes it an interesting place to have a real estate office. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers, just a regular office space where we can get our work done. Most of our time is spent talking to people who are curious about the new developments coming up in this sector. It’s a bit quieter than the older parts of Noida, but there is still plenty of construction noise nearby. We spend our days tracking which plots are available and who is building what. It isn't a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of driving around and talking to contractors. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people seeing our office while they are out looking at the neighborhood. We just try to keep our records updated so we can give people accurate information when they ask. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should because of the local regulations, but that is just how it goes. We like being in Sector 112 because we can see the area growing right outside our window. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in looking for a place to settle down.
