Espoir Welfare Foundation

You can find Espoir Welfare Foundation at N K - 1/ 912 / H - 4 FF in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We are on the first floor. Indirapuram is a crowded place with lots of shops and apartments everywhere. Our office is tucked away in one of these buildings. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day operations. There’s always someone coming or going. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we are carrying boxes up. We like the neighborhood though, because there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite nearby. We don’t do the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on our welfare work. It’s mostly paperwork, meetings, and planning. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight, just trying to do our bit from this office in 201014. Some of us have been here since the start and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic outside. It’s a practical space for practical work. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. It’s honest and it’s local. We just want to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules. It works for us and we think the simplicity is better than being all flash and no substance.
