It’s a fairly large area and we’ve got our space set up to handle different types of training routines. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with people practicing things or listening to someone talk. We have some equipment around that people use to get a feel for how the industry works. It’s not the quietest office because there is always something going on. We keep a regular schedule from Monday to Saturday. The neighborhood is mostly industrial and offices, so it gets busy during lunch hours when everyone goes out to eat. We aren't big on fancy slogans or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and get to the tasks we have planned. Sometimes we have a lot of students around and other times it’s just the staff catching up on paperwork. We’ve got a small area where people can sit and wait for their turn. The walls have some charts and diagrams on them but that's about it for the decorations. We try to keep the place clean but with so many people coming through, it’s a constant job for all of us. We’ve been in Noida for a while and like being in this part of Sector 63. It’s easy to get to and most people know where the building is located. We’re just a bunch of people working together.
