We just listen to what’s going wrong in a business and try to suggest some practical ways to fix it. Sometimes the solutions are very simple, other times they take months of hard work to really sort out. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or in small, cramped meetings. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening to people's problems. We aren't the kind of people who feel the need to wear suits every single day. We prefer being comfortable while we work through tough problems. Most of our clients are local folks who just need help and know we are around.
