Empowering And Welfare Federation Ofindia

Our office is located at H.No. 639, Kha, in Ward 18 of Siddharth Vihar. This is the home of the Empowering And Welfare Federation Ofindia. It is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we just go by the full title on all our official documents. We are situated in a regular house, which makes the whole operation feel very local and approachable. Siddharth Vihar is a developing area, and there is always some construction or activity going on nearby. Our space is simple and utilitarian. We have the basic necessities to keep the federation running, like a few computers and some filing cabinets. We don’t spend money on fancy office decor because it is not really necessary for what we do. We are mostly focused on the day-to-day administration and making sure everything is in order. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers, and the next you are cleaning the windows. We don't have a corporate hierarchy. We just work together to get things finished. People from the ward often walk past and we say hello. It is that kind of neighborhood. We aren't trying to be a national powerhouse; we are just a small group working out of house number 639. It is honest work and we do it without any bells or whistles. Just us, our desks, and our daily chores.
