Empathy consultants

Our place is at Add-45 in Sector 51, Noida. We are right near D Block, so it’s easy to find if you are familiar with this part of town. The office is a fairly simple setup. We do a lot of consulting work here, which mostly involves sitting across from people and talking through their problems or plans. There is a lot of paperwork involved, more than you’d think. We have shelves full of folders and a small area where we keep the coffee machine. It’s not a very big team, so you usually see the same faces every day. The walls are a bit plain, but it helps us keep focused on the work at hand. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. No one here is wearing a three-piece suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting elsewhere. We prefer to just be ourselves and talk to people like humans. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out the best way forward for whatever project is on the table. We’ve been in Noida for some time now and we like the pace here. It's a mix of busy and quiet, depending on the day. We just try to stay honest with our advice and keep things moving for the people who walk through our door. It is mostly about common sense and taking the time to understand things.
