Our shop is located in the Gulmohar Complex over in Sector-15. We are specifically at Shop No. 58 and 59 on the ground floor of Block-C. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend most of our time getting things ready for customers who are passing through the complex. Sector-15 can get quite busy during the day, so there is usually something going on outside our door. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of managers. It is just a few of us making sure the food is ready and the counters are clean. Sometimes the delivery guys are a bit late or the power flickers, but we just deal with it as it happens. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. The ground floor of Block-C is a good spot because we get a lot of natural light in the mornings. We keep our tools and supplies organized in the back so we can find things quickly. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks to get people inside. People usually just see us while they are walking to work or shopping in Gulmohar Complex and decide to stop by. It’s a simple business and we like keeping it that way. No drama, just work.
