Durga Sports Academy Foundation

Durga Sports Academy Foundation is based out of Village Sadopur in the Dadri Tehsil area. To find us, you’d have to head to House No. 7, which belongs to Raj Veer. It’s not your typical sports complex with massive stadiums and bright lights. Instead, it’s a very local, village-based setup. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the small office area we’ve carved out in the house. Being in Sadopur means we are surrounded by fields and open spaces, which is actually great for what we do. Dhoom Manikpur is the nearest post office, so that’s where our mail ends up. A typical day for us involves talking to the local kids and their parents about getting involved in sports. We aren't some big city foundation with a lot of funding; we’re just people who live here and want to see some activity in the village. Raj Veer’s place serves as the hub for everything we organize. Sometimes we’re just sitting on the porch planning the next weekend’s games or sorting through some basic equipment. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on your feet. The pace of life here is slower than in Noida or Delhi, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy brochures. We just talk to our neighbors and try to get the foundation’s work done right here in the village.
