Dr Buildcon

You can find us at House No 93-B on the first floor in Noida. It is a regular building in a neighborhood that has seen a lot of change over the years. We have set up Dr Buildcon as a small office where we can focus on our construction and planning work. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a little steep, but it is a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We have a couple of rooms filled with blueprints, samples, and old files. Noida is always under construction somewhere, so we stay pretty active with various projects around Uttar Pradesh. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. Usually, there are only a few of us in the office at any given time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with contractors. The workspace is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. We drink quite a bit of tea throughout the day while we look over drawings. We don't use much fancy technology, just what is necessary to get the plans right. People usually visit us to talk about their building needs in a casual way. We don't have a formal reception area, so you just walk in and say hello. It is a practical setup that works for our small team. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task.
